机动车辆驱动桥的被动螺旋锥齿轮(以下称被动锥齿轮)形状复杂,在渗碳淬火过程中极易产生变形。专业齿轮厂大都采用齿轮淬火压床,加压油淬,来减小和稳定变形。经分析,被动锥齿轮的热处理变形,主要由渗碳变形和淬火变形组成,以淬火变形为主。若正火工艺合理,注意消除机械加工应力,采用适当的渗碳装夹方式,一般可把渗碳变形减到最小,因此,解决淬火变形,就可把被动锥齿轮的变形减小。参考有关资料[1]、[2]后认为,选择适当的淬火温度,采用热浴分级淬火,能大大地减小淬火时的组织应力和热应力,达到减小淬火
