应用电刷镀技术制备了Ni/Y2O3纳米复合刷镀层,采用扫描电镜、能谱仪、显微硬度计对镀层的组织形貌、成分、硬度进行测定和分析。结果表明:镀层中纳米Y2O3颗粒分布均匀;复合镀层与基体结合紧密;随着镀液中纳米颗粒含量的增加,镀层形貌变得细密、均匀,硬度不断提高,当纳米Y2O3颗粒含量为15g/L时,镀层形貌最为平整致密,硬度达到峰值(6017MPa)。当纳米Y2O3颗粒含量大于15g/L时,随纳米颗粒含量的增加,镀层组织变得粗大,硬度逐渐降低。
Ni / Y2O3 nano-composite brush plating was prepared by brush plating technology. The morphology, composition and hardness of the coating were measured and analyzed by scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectrometer and microhardness tester. The results show that the nano-Y2O3 particles are uniformly distributed in the coating and the composite coating is tightly bonded to the substrate. With the increase of nano-particles content in the plating solution, the morphology of the coating becomes fine and uniform and the hardness increases continuously. When the content of nano-Y2O3 particles is 15g / L, the morphology of the coating is the most compact and the hardness reaches the peak (6017MPa). When the content of nano-Y2O3 particles is more than 15g / L, with the increase of the content of nano-particles, the coating becomes coarse and the hardness decreases gradually.
