现浇钢筋混凝土的开裂是工程界普遍关注的问题。本文通过介绍混凝土早期开裂的原因,混凝土组成材料对裂缝开展的不同影响等分析,阐述了控制混凝土早期开裂的技术措施。并结合对某重点工程现场混凝土施工裂缝控制的实例,通过对比材料组成配比对防止混凝土开裂的控制效果,证明促凝早强作用对防止混凝土开裂有不利影响。
Cracking of cast-in-place reinforced concrete is a common concern in engineering. In this paper, by analyzing the causes of early cracking of concrete, the different influence of concrete composition on the development of fractures, the technical measures to control early cracking of concrete are expounded. Combining with the example of concrete construction crack control in a key engineering site, the control effect of concrete crack prevention by material composition ratio is contrasted. It is proved that the procoagulant early strength effect has an adverse effect on preventing cracking of concrete.
