Micronucleus Test MT not only serves as a short-term mutated test method for chromosome damage, but also reflects the degree of nuclear membrane damage to a certain extent. It is one of the important methods for assessing drug toxicity in iatrogenic carcinogenic pharmacology studies. In recent years, it has been affirmed by the International Committee for the Protection of Carcinogens from the Environmental Trap. The U.S. Food Safety Commission has formally adopted MT as one of the test items for the proposed system and stipulates that a risk assessment can be performed when MT is positive. This article tried to use MT to artificially cultivate Cordyceps mycelium that has been successfully cultivated in recent years.
