古方龟令集由人参、鹿茸、麻雀脑等三十余种中药组成。中医认为此药具有补阳固肾、保生养身、运脾、滋肝、添精、补脑等功效。近年来,药理实验证明,龟令集对免疫功能有刺激作用,并能增强中枢神经系统的识别和记忆能力,但未看到有关龟令集对性机能、核酸、蛋白质代谢及肝功能影响的实验报告。我们仅就这方面做了初步的药理研究,现将实验结果报告如后。实验材料动物:实验性肝损伤,核酸、蛋白质代谢、免疫实验用ICR/JCL纯种小鼠,其
