复合菌落系指两种真菌在平板上生长的特殊现象,具体讲,就是霉菌紧紧环绕着酵母菌,形成一个菌落,故称为“复合菌落”。在检验杏仁止咳糖浆中,发在其虎红培养基平板中有色泽疑似酵母菌,其菌落边缘呈毛状似霉菌生长,经显微镜鉴别,有酵母细胞和菌丝状物质。在五倍放大镜下,用接种科进行分离操作,分取菌落中心粉红色物质和边缘毛状物,分别接种在蔡氏培养基平板中。经25℃培养七天,粉红物质只见少许生长痕迹,毛状物质在平板中生长成灰绿色菌落,镜 Complex colonies refer to the special phenomenon that two kinds of fungi grow on the plate.
