为了解损伤前后交感——肾上腺系统的改变以及按摩对其影响,我们观察了损伤和按摩前后家兔血中酪氨酸(Tyr)、多巴胺(DA)、去甲肾上腺素(NA)、肾上腺素(A)、高香草酸(HVA)和葡萄糖(GS)含量的变化。实验结果表明,损伤后家兔血中 Tyr、DA、NA、A 和 GS 含量显著升高;按摩可以取得良好治疗效果,还可以回降损伤家兔血中 Tyr、DA、NA、A 和 GS 的含量和升高 HVA 的含量。提示,按摩不仅可以抑制过度的交感——肾上腺系统的功能,而且还可以减少 GS 的浪费。
