聚磷酸铵对阻燃环氧树脂(E44)的阻燃机理研究

将聚磷酸铵(APP)作为阻燃剂,加入到环氧树脂E44(EP)中,固化剂选用聚酰胺200#,制备出的阻燃环氧固化物具有一定的阻燃性能,研究结果表明聚磷酸铵(APP)与环氧树脂E44具有很好的相容性,阻燃效果较好。当加入聚磷酸铵达到20份的时候,阻燃环氧树脂的极限氧指数达到33.4%。并通过对制备的阻燃环氧树脂进行极限氧指数(LOI)、热失重分析(TGA)、动态热机械分析仪(DMA)、扫描电镜(SEM)等方面的分析,对环氧树脂固化物的阻燃机理进行了深入的研究。 Ammonium polyphosphate (APP) as a flame retardant, epoxy resin is added to the E44 (EP), the curing agent selected polyamide 200 #, prepared flame retardant epoxy curing has certain flame retardant properties, the results show that Ammonium polyphosphate (APP) has good compatibility with epoxy resin E44 and has good flame retardant effect.
