目的:测定12种微量元素的含量并探讨其营养价值。方法:样品经过硝化处理后,以原子吸收光谱法测定桦叶荚蒾果实微量元素的含量。结果:四个不同产地桦叶荚蒾的果实含量相对较高的金属元素如镁、钙、铜、锌等,而铬、铅的含量相对较低;多数无机元素含量产地间差异不明显,但产自平凉的桦叶荚蒾果实含锌量较高,达11.64μg/g,而产自天水和文县的桦叶荚蒾果实中含Ca、K、Na均较高。结论:本文所测得的桦叶荚蒾果实中无机元素的含量,为其进一步研究和相关质量标准的制定提供了参考。
Objective: To determine the content of 12 trace elements and to explore their nutritional value. Methods: After nitrification, the content of trace elements in the leaves of Betula platyphylla was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. Results: The content of chromium and lead in the leaves of four species of Betula platyphylla from four different habitats was relatively high, while the content of most inorganic elements was not obvious, The content of zinc in birch leaves of Pingliang was 11.64μg / g, while the content of Ca, K and Na in birch leaves of Tianshui and Wenxian were higher. Conclusion: The contents of inorganic elements in the birch fruit of Betula platyphylla collected in this paper provide reference for further research and development of related quality standards.
