石英玻璃纤维的制备与特性——改进化学气相沉积法,以达到折射率分布的控制和实现长距离拉丝

通信用的光纤维,芯部大致可分为石英玻璃和多组分玻璃的两种,就传输损耗而言,现阶段,石英玻璃纤维是最佳的。本文叙述了石英玻璃纤维的制法。石英玻璃纤维的予制棒是用化学气相沉积(CVD)法制备的。改进这种化学气相沉积法,其中心内容是怎样实现低损耗化,折射率分布的控制和扩大生产等等。以补偿掺杂来防止中心部的折射率下降,和在保护气体中加入氮气来提高沉积速度等问题为实例特作了说明。 Communication optical fiber, the core can be divided into two kinds of quartz glass and multi-component glass, the transmission loss, at this stage, quartz glass fiber is the best. This article describes the preparation of quartz glass fiber. Prefabricated quartz glass fiber rods were prepared by a chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method. Improve this chemical vapor deposition method, its central content is how to achieve low loss, the refractive index distribution control and expand production and so on. A case has been taken as an example for the purpose of compensating for doping to prevent the decrease of the refractive index in the central portion and to increase the deposition rate by adding nitrogen gas to the protective gas.
