目的:总结平阳霉素、糖皮质激素与微波联合治疗口腔颌面部血管瘤的疗效。方法:采用平阳霉素、糖皮质激素与微波联合治疗口腔颌面部血管瘤72例,瘤体0.6cm×0.9cm～9.0cm×15.0cm大小。7～10d注射一次平阳霉素,3～5次一个疗程,一个疗程的总量不超过40mg;小于6岁患儿口服强地松;根据病情联合微波治疗。结果:治疗后经6～30个月的随访,治愈率91.67%,有效率100%。结论:平阳霉素、糖皮质激素与微波联合应用治疗口腔颌面部血管瘤是一种安全、经济、有效的治疗方法。
Objective: To summarize the curative effect of pingyangmycin, glucocorticoid and microwave in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial hemangiomas. Methods: 72 cases of oral and maxillofacial hemangiomas were treated with bleomycin, glucocorticoid and microwave. The size of tumor was 0.6cm × 0.9cm ~ 9.0cm × 15.0cm. 7 ~ 10d injection once Pingyangmycin, 3 to 5 times a course of treatment, the total amount of a course of not more than 40mg; less than 6 years old children oral prednisone; combined with the condition of the microwave treatment. Results: After 6 to 30 months of follow-up, the cure rate was 91.67% and the effective rate was 100%. Conclusion: The combination of pingyangmycin, corticosteroids and microwave in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial hemangiomas is a safe, economical and effective treatment.
