随着知识经济时代的到来和团队的兴起,知识团队以崭新的姿态出现在历史的舞台。关于以知识工作者为主体组建的知识团队的专门研究对企业知识管理水平的提高具有重要的意义。本文首先分析了知识团队绩效考核的特点,然后阐述了目前关于绩效考核的两种思维方式——解析式思维方式和系统式思维方式,并提出对两者进行整合的观点,最后提出了知识团队绩效考核的思路
With the advent of the era of knowledge economy and the rise of the team, the knowledge team appears on the stage of history with a brand new attitude.
