本文就用工荒形势下中国劳动密集型企业人力资源管理问题进行了探讨。针对中国劳动密集型企业人力资源管理中存在的问题与其用工主体特点,构建了五维着力模式图,从工资待遇和薪酬保障、工作设计、企业文化、培训与职业发展和依法管理五个方面提出了改善和提高劳动密集型企业人力资源管理水平的关键举措。
This article discusses the problem of human resources management in China’s labor-intensive enterprises in the context of labor shortage.
