目的探究细针吸取组织制作细胞块和细胞学在甲状腺乳头状癌诊断的准确率,为评价两种方法的诊断价值提供科学依据。方法回顾性分析70例甲状腺乳头状癌患者术前细针吸取组织制作细胞块和细胞学及术后的临床病理资料,运用χ2检验比较两种方法在甲状腺乳头状癌诊断中的准确率。结果本组70例术后明确诊断为甲状腺乳头状癌的患者中,术前细针吸取组织制作细胞块诊断的准确率为95.71%(67/70),高于细胞学的准确率81.43%(57/70),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。细针吸取组织制作细胞块联合细胞学诊断的准确率为100%(70/70),高于细胞学诊断的准确率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),但与细胞块诊断的准确率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论细针吸取组织制作细胞块及细胞块联合细胞学能提高甲状腺乳头状癌诊断的准确率,但存在一定的局限性。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the diagnostic accuracy of fine needle aspiration tissue-producing cell masses and cytology in papillary thyroid carcinoma and provide a scientific basis for evaluating the diagnostic value of the two methods. Methods A retrospective analysis of 70 cases of papillary thyroid carcinoma preoperative fine needle aspiration tissue tissue cells and cytology and postoperative clinical pathological data, the use ofχ2 test to compare the accuracy of the two methods in the diagnosis of papillary thyroid carcinoma. Results The accuracy of preoperative fine needle aspiration tissue biopsy was 70% (67/70), higher than that of cytology (81.43%) in 70 patients diagnosed as papillary thyroid carcinoma 57/70), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). The accurate rate of cytology combined with fine needle aspiration cytology was 100% (70/70), which was higher than the accuracy of cytology (P <0.01) There was no significant difference in rates (P> 0.05). Conclusion Fine needle aspiration tissue production cell mass and cell mass cytology can improve the diagnostic accuracy of papillary thyroid carcinoma, but there are some limitations.
