社会主义经济改革能否有效地引深,社会主义经济的优越性能否充分地展现,关键在于能否奠定与新经济体制相适应的所有制基础。而奠定新经济体制的基础,既需要从宏观上优化以原社会主义公有制为主的所有制结构,建立所有制的宏观新格局,又需要从微观上改革社会主义公有制的具体形式,以社会主义公有制的新微观形式,取代公有制的传统微观形式。本文试就所有制的宏观结构改革和微观形式再造问题进行探讨,以期引深讨论。
Whether the socialist economic reform can effectively deepen the market and whether the superiority of the socialist economy can fully be demonstrated lies in whether the foundation of ownership suited to the new economic system can be laid. To lay the foundation for a new economic system, we not only need to optimize the ownership structure based on the original socialist public ownership system macroscopically and establish a macro-new pattern of ownership. We also need to reform the specific forms of socialist public ownership from a microcosmic perspective, The new micro form replaces the traditional micro form of public ownership. This article tries to discuss the reform of the macro structure and the reform of microcosmic form of ownership in order to further the discussion.
