学无止境,教学更无止境。在21世纪的今天,中学数学教育也面临着教学观念、教学方法、教学形式等多方面的挑战,任重而道远。那么数学教师应该怎样做呢?笔者认为,教师本身应加深观念更新。新观念不应局限在教学形式本身,而应着眼于培养有自主性、有能动性、有创造性的人才。把学习数学的主动权交给学生。教师则应该积极改变教学形式,在培养学生自主性能动性创造性上想更多的办法,勇于实践、勇于创新,以习题演练为基础,以问题解决为主导,从而更多地引导学生自己去发现知识。

In the 21st century, the mathematics education in middle schools is also faced with many challenges such as teaching concept, teaching methods and teaching forms, and it is a long way to go. So what should math teachers do? The author believes that teachers should deepen their own concept updates.
