Editorial Department: When I interviewed TCL Group, I found out that the multimedia computers they launched did not work well even though the price was about 10,000 yuan despite the fact that the screen was 16 × 9 inches. Analysis of the reasons, had to start from the understanding of the entire community of multimedia computers and TCL’s internal environment. At present, the penetration rate of computers in the world is only 2% (according to the example of home users), and the market targeted at multimedia computers is the family market.
