为了更简便、合理地分析粉末合金中夹杂对其低周疲劳寿命的影响,本文基于损伤力学建立了低周疲劳损伤累积模型,进而提出了保证夹杂处裂纹萌生寿命不变的等效原理。之后,通过将夹杂分类,结合其低周疲劳寿命的主要影响参数确定了具体的等效原则,并通过MATLAB对等效方法进行实现。最后,结合数值模拟分析夹杂的等效精度,对大量夹杂图像进行等效,分析该方法的具体适用性,并提出适用于典型粉末合金夹杂的等效因子范围。
In order to analyze the effect of inclusions on the low-cycle fatigue life of powder alloys more simply and reasonably, a low-cycle fatigue damage cumulative model was established based on damage mechanics, and then an equivalent principle was proposed to ensure that the crack initiation life at inclusions was constant. Afterwards, the specific equivalence principle was determined by classifying inclusions and combining the main influence parameters of low-cycle fatigue life, and the equivalent method was implemented by MATLAB. Finally, based on the numerical simulation of the equivalent accuracy of inclusions, a large number of inclusions are equivalently analyzed. The applicability of this method is analyzed. The range of equivalent factors applicable to typical powder alloy inclusions is proposed.
