近年来思想政治工作理论研究出现了一种为理论而理论的“书化”现象,工人称其研究为“不管用”。究其原因,一是急于出成果,只凭热情关在书斋里逼“雏鸡”下蛋。二是书斋里“生产”的理论,不清楚人们的要求,与“消费”脱节。三是以为下了几次基层,就深入实践了,可以著书立说了,不知道漂浮的“提炼”同样是不管用的。要把“不管用”变为“管用”,理论研究者就要从“书斋”里走出来,真正“身入”和“心入”实践。这至少有两个好处:一是使研究者“溶化”在职工中, In recent years, the study of ideological and political work has appeared as a “book-writing” phenomenon which is a theoretical and theoretical theory, and workers call it research “useless.” The reason, one is eager to produce results, just passionate off in the study of forced “chicks” lay eggs.
