民族地区幼儿教育面临基础薄弱,发展起步晚,师资匮乏,教育公平与教育质量问题突出,幼儿园基础设施落后问题凸显,“小学化”教学形式严峻等困境。教育及相关部门应因地制宜出台相关学前教育政策,对教育资源进行整合,优化,合理配置,设置具有民族特色的课程,扩大师资培训范围,着力选拨并打造优质教师,促进民族地区幼儿教师队伍发展。
Early childhood education in ethnic minority areas is facing a weak foundation, late start of development, lack of teachers, outstanding education equality and outstanding quality of education, prominent backwardness of infrastructure in kindergartens, and severe difficulties in teaching forms such as “primary school”. Education and relevant departments should formulate relevant pre-school education policies according to local conditions, integrate, optimize and rationally allocate educational resources, set courses with ethnic characteristics, expand the scope of teacher training, strive to select and create quality teachers, and promote the development of kindergarten teachers in ethnic minority areas .
