该文旨在报道强音刺激后兔外毛细胞镜下及传入神经末梢改变之间半定量关系的电镜观察结果。实验用31只兔,Prey′s反射正常,体重约2kg,其中26只为实验组,用100dBSPL的2kHz纯音刺激2小时,分别于:①立即(6只);②第3天(5只);③第7天(5只);④第14天(5只)和第30天(5只)处死;另5只作对照组。处死后立即摘取颞骨,1%锇酸固定,梯度酒精脱水,包埋,切片用醋酸双氧铀和枸橼酸铅染色,将产生音响损伤的兔耳蜗第二转下半部毛细胞的神经下区作为本实验的主
The aim of this paper is to report the semi-quantitative relationship between rabbit outer hair cells and afferent nerve endings induced by strong-sounding electron microscopy. Prey’s reflexes were normal and weight was about 2kg. Twenty-six rabbits were stimulated with 100kHz SPL 2h pure tone for 2 hours, respectively: ① immediately (6); ② 3 days (5) ; ③ on the seventh day (five); ④ on the fourteenth day (five) and on the thirtieth day (five) were sacrificed; the other five as a control group. Immediately after sacrifice, the temporal bone was harvested, fixed with 1% osmium tetroxide, dehydrated and embedded in graded alcohol and stained with uranyl acetate and lead citrate to induce acoustic damage in the cochlea of the second to the lower half of hair cells The lower area as the main experiment
