随着生产的发展和产业链的整合程度不断深化,集团公司的运营模式越来越成为整合之后的运营方式的选择。不仅如此,一些庞大的非相关产业链的整合而形成的集团公司也越来越普遍,集团公司的资金周转和使用压力日益增大,这也给集团公司的融资管理提出了更高的要求。我们在阐述了当前集团公司融资决策管理的现状之后,分别指出了四个方面的问题,然后针对这些问题提出了有针对性的措施建议,以期在集团公司融资决策管理的优化和提升中起到一定的促进作用。
