幼儿阶段是人的社会性发展的重要时期。幼儿教师是主导者,需树立正确的儿童观,努力建立良好的师幼关系;组织好幼儿的日常生活活动,将社会化内容贯穿于幼儿生活的点点滴滴;善用移情和讨论法,提高幼儿社会认知水平;不断重复和坚持,使幼儿社会认知转化为行为,这将对幼儿社会性发展起主导作用。
Childhood stage is an important period of human social development. Kindergarten teachers are the leaders who need to establish a correct outlook on children and strive to establish a good relationship between teachers and children. They organize daily activities of young children and spread the socialized content into children’s daily life.
