为研究富硒胶囊对小鼠免疫能力和辐射损伤的影响 ,选择了检测免疫调节和抗辐射损伤的 8项指标 ,对富硒胶囊的功效作用进行了测定。实验结果表明 ,2 50和 750mg/kg剂量的富硒胶囊可提高小鼠淋巴细胞增殖能力、单核巨噬细胞吞噬能力、脾脏抗体形成细胞数和血清中抗绵羊红细胞抗体效价。另外 ,富硒胶囊可显著延长受 7.5Gy60 Co -γ照射小鼠平均存活时间 ,提高 30d存活率和白细胞数。提示富硒胶囊对小鼠具有免疫促进作用及辐射保护作用。
In order to study the effect of Se-enriched capsule on immune function and radiation injury in mice, eight indicators for detecting immune regulation and radiation damage were selected and the efficacy of Se-enriched capsules was tested. The experimental results showed that the selenium-enriched capsules at 2, 50 and 750 mg / kg could improve the ability of lymphocyte proliferation, phagocytosis of monocyte-macrophage, the number of spleen antibody-forming cells and the anti-sheep erythrocyte antibody titer in serum. In addition, the Se-enriched capsules can significantly prolong the mean survival time of mice irradiated with 7.5Gy60 Co-γ and increase the survival rate and white blood cell count after 30 days.
