首都镇压反革命暴乱和各地制止社会动乱的斗争已经取得了初步胜利。依法惩办参加反革命暴乱和制造社会动乱的严重犯罪分子,是当前政法机关的一项突出重要的任务。各级检察机关要认真贯彻高检院六月七日《关于坚决打击反革命暴乱分子和打、砸、抢、烧、杀犯罪分子的紧急通知》精神,抓紧批捕、起诉工作,坚决依法制裁上述犯罪分子。一、凡公安机关提请批准逮捕的反革命暴乱分了和打、砸、抢、烧、杀等各种严重刑事犯罪分子,检察机关应该迅速地批准逮捕,并抓紧起诉。在当前这个非常时期,打击目标非常明确的情况下,一定要果断行动。
