目的探讨健胃愈疡颗粒(JWYY)对消化性溃疡(PU)患者胃黏膜VEGF mRNA表达的影响,揭示其抗溃疡复发的分子机制。方法将60例胃镜下确诊的GU(中医辨证为肝郁脾虚证)患者,随机分为JWYY治疗组和西药对照组,每组30例;另设胃镜下无胃黏膜病变的患者10例为正常组。两组PU患者第1个疗程结束前后均于胃镜下取溃疡边缘组织活检标本用RT-PCR方法检测VEGF mRNA。结果JWYY能提高人胃黏膜VEGFmRNA表达,两组经统计学处理无显著性差异。结论JWYY能增强人胃黏膜VEGF mRNA的上增性表达,从而提高溃疡愈合质量,是JWYY抗消化性溃疡复发作用的部分机制。
Objective To investigate the effect of Jianweiyuyang granules (JWYY) on the expression of VEGF mRNA in gastric mucosa of patients with peptic ulcer (PU) and to reveal the molecular mechanism of ulcer recurrence. Methods Sixty patients with GU diagnosed as TCM syndrome were randomly divided into JWYY treatment group and Western medicine control group, 30 cases in each group; 10 patients with gastric mucosal lesion without gastroscope were normal. group. Before and after the first course of treatment in both groups of PU patients, biopsy specimens were taken from the edge of the ulcer tissue by gastroscopy and VEGF mRNA was detected by RT-PCR. Results JWYY could increase the expression of VEGFmRNA in human gastric mucosa. There was no significant difference between the two groups after statistical treatment. Conclusion JWYY can increase the expression of VEGF mRNA in human gastric mucosa and improve the quality of ulcer healing. It is part of the mechanism of JWYY’s anti-peptic ulcer recurrence.
