初步分析了电动挖掘机铲装物料与钢绳拉力、铲斗位置间的关系,介绍了采用可编程序控制器及磁弹性称重仪构成电动挖掘机在线称重系统,以提高矿车装载系数、改善采场配矿精度的设计思路。
The relationship between shoveling materials of electric excavator and the pulling force and the position of the bucket is analyzed preliminarily. An on-line weighing system of electric excavator is constructed by using programmable logic controller and magnetoelasticity weighing instrument to improve the loading coefficient , To improve the mining area with mine design accuracy.
