目的总结柴胡疏肝散在几种疾病中的临床应用。方法用柴胡疏肝散加减治疗胆汁反流性胃炎、甲状腺腺瘤、乳腺增生症、抑郁症、阳痿。结果根据不同病情,对柴胡疏肝散灵活化裁,对以上几种疾病的治疗都取得了满意的疗效。结论柴胡疏肝散可用来治疗病机为肝郁气滞的多种疾病,从而扩大了柴胡疏肝散的临床应用范围。
Objective To summarize the clinical application of Chaihu Shugan San in several diseases. Methods Modified Chaihu Shugan Powder for the treatment of bile reflux gastritis, thyroid adenoma, hyperplasia of mammary glands, depression, impotence. Results According to the different conditions, on the CDF activation CD, for the treatment of these diseases have achieved satisfactory results. Conclusion Chaihu Shugan Powder can be used to treat various diseases of liver Qi stagnation, thus expanding the clinical application of Chaihu Shugan San.
