国际贸易的发展与环境问题的全球化有着密切的联系 ,而国际贸易中的环境问题往往又和南北问题联系在一起。本文从阐述国际贸易和环境的关系出发 ,研究了环境问题与南北问题的联系 ,指出贸易对环境的促进作用使发达国家受益匪浅 ,但是发展中国家承受了国际贸易对环境的大部分不利影响 ,这集中反应在环境污染转移的单向性上 ,即环境污染从发达国家单向转移到发展中国家。这不仅影响到了发展中国家的环境保护 ,也影响到了发展中国家经济的可持续发展 The development of international trade is closely linked with the globalization of environmental issues, and the environmental problems in international trade are often linked with the problems of North and South.
