本文在简略地回顾DFT技术发展过程的基础上,通过比较DFT和SFT,阐述了开发高级测试综合工具的重要性,给出了高级测试综合的基本概念和基本流程。
Based on a brief review of the development of DFT technology, this paper illustrates the importance of developing advanced test synthesis tools by comparing DFT and SFT, and presents the basic concepts and basic flow of advanced test synthesis.
