首先从四个方面阐述了河曲县发展循环经济、建设经济强县取得的初步成效,继而从三个方面分析了取得成效的原因,最后就进一步发展循环经济提出了四点建议。
First of all, it elaborates the initial achievements of Hequ County in developing circular economy and building economic strong county from four aspects. Then it analyzes the reasons for its success from three aspects. Finally, it puts forward four suggestions on further developing circular economy.
