During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, scholars of the Joseon Dynasty compiled various versions of the Han dynasty texts and translations of the Chinese conversation. These documents annotate the semitone with a proverbial letter for every Chinese character appearing in the book. These unusual and precious materials have great value to the study of Chinese phonology in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. Astrology letters are alphabetic letters, so it can more accurately phonetize Chinese characters. This article explores several issues that need to pay attention when transliteration of proverb phonetic transcription into international phonetic alphabet, lists phonetic equivalent phonetic values of proverb alphabets and international phonetic symbols and traditional thirty-one alphabets, and at the same time explains orthophonetic, vulgar, contemporary vulgar , Left tone, right tone and other terms.
