大、中型压力机下部一般都带有顶出缸,不同的模具要求顶杆的长度不一。虽然顶出缸的行程可在一定范围内调节,但仍需各种长度的顶杆,以满足冲压工艺的要求。目前常用的顶杆有整体式和螺纹调节式。由于这两种顶杆都存在不足之处,我厂在吸取上述两种顶杆长处的基础上,设计成积木式顶杆。由于积木式顶杆螺纹仅起联结作用,顶出力是靠各节顶杆的环形平面传递的,因此提高了承载能力。并且它的调节范围大,通用性好,特别适用于不能采用螺纹调节式顶杆的直径较小的顶出孔。设计这种顶杆的关键是如何
