本文从苎麻生产的现实背景入手，比较分析了平湖区与山丘区种植苎麻的利弊，认为山丘区发展苎麻生产有三大潜在优势：第一，苎麻上山可避免与粮棉争地，避免苎麻生产大起大落，促进苎麻行业的稳定发展；第二，减少山区水土流失，保护生态环境，实现山区农业可持续发展；第三，能产生较大经济效益，帮助山区农民脱贫致富。文章最后提出了实现苎麻由平湖向山区转移的设想和举措。
This paper starts with the realistic background of ramie production and compares the pros and cons of planting ramie in Pinghu District and hills. It is concluded that ramie production in hillside area has three potential advantages. First, ramie uphill can avoid competition with grain and cotton and avoid ramie The ups and downs in production will promote the stable development of the ramie industry; secondly, to reduce the soil and water loss in mountainous areas, protect the ecological environment and realize the sustainable development of agriculture in mountainous areas; and thirdly, to produce greater economic benefits and help the peasants in mountainous areas to get out of poverty and get rich. Finally, the article puts forward the ideas and measures to realize the transfer of ramie from Pinghu to the mountains.
