在半水石膏中掺加适置矿渣或矿渣水泥制成的复合胶凝材料,具有水硬和气硬的两重性。用这种复合胶凝材料制成的装饰板有较高的强度,并且从本质上改善了石膏装饰板的防潮性能。矿渣石膏装饰板的生产原料大部份是工业废料,原料来源广,成本低。它的工艺简单,生产周期短,特别是从本质上提高了石膏装饰板的强度和抗水性能,扩大了使用范围,因此它是一种值得大力推广的新型装饰材料。
The hemihydrate gypsum is compounded with compound cementitious material made of slag or slag cement, which has the duality of hydraulic and gas hard. The decorative panel made of this composite cementitious material has a high strength and essentially improves the moisture resistance of the gypsum decorative panel. The raw material for the production of slag gypsum board is mostly industrial waste, with a wide source of raw materials and low cost. Its process is simple, and the production cycle is short.
