文章对当前科技期刊国际化发展现状进行了概述,论述了科技期刊网络化建设的推动作用,并从加强期刊集团化建设、选择有影响力的主编和审稿者、出版标准国际化、为读者服务等4个方面端正科技期刊国际化的办刊理念;阐述了提高期刊质量对推进科技期刊国际化发展的作用及管理办法。最后,总结了笔者所在编辑部提高科技期刊国际影响的具体办刊经验。
This article gives an overview of the status quo of internationalization of current sci-tech periodicals, expounds the promoting role of sci-tech periodicals in network construction, and from strengthening the collectivization of periodicals, selecting influential editors and reviewers, publishing standards internationalization, Services and other four aspects of international scientific journals correct editing philosophy; expounded on improving the quality of journals to promote the internationalization of sci-tech periodicals and management practices. Finally, I summarize the author's editing experience in improving the international influence of sci-tech periodicals.
