目的:通过检测正常子宫内膜和子宫内膜腺癌患者组织中MK和VEGF的水平,探讨两者与子宫内膜腺癌分期及组织类型的关系,对子宫内膜腺癌的发病机理进行补充,从而为子宫内膜腺癌的临床治疗、恶性程度评估及判断预后提供理论依据,为临床治疗子宫内膜腺癌提供理论依据。方法:将患者分为4组,正常子宫内膜组30例,子宫内膜腺癌Ⅰ期组30例,子宫内膜腺癌Ⅱ期组28例,子宫内膜腺癌Ⅲ期组10例。高分化25例,中分化23例,低分化20例。采用免疫组化SP法测定子宫内膜腺癌的子宫内膜组织及正常子宫内膜组织中MK及VEGF的含量。结果:68例子宫内膜腺癌组织中,MK表达阳性47例(69.1%),其中强阳性14例(20.5%),阴性22例(32.3%),弱阳性11例(16.1%)。30例正常子宫内膜组织中MK表达均为阴性。VEGF蛋白阳性染色主要定位于子宫内膜癌腺上皮细胞的胞浆。68例子宫内膜腺癌组织中,VEGF表达阳性43例(63.2%),其中强阳性16例(37.2%),阴性25例(36.7%),弱阳性7例(16.2%)。30例正常子宫内膜组织中VEGF表达均为阴性。68例子宫内膜腺癌组织中,MK表达阳性高分化占44.0%,中分化占60.8%,低分化占85.0%。MK及VEGF蛋白在子宫内膜癌组的表达均高于正常对照组(P<0.05),并随着临床分期及恶性程度的加重表达呈增高趋势。结论:MK及VEGF在子宫内膜腺癌中的表达越高,MK在子宫内膜腺癌组织的表达与组织类型有关,并随着恶性程度的加重表达水平呈升高趋势。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the relationship between the expression of MK and VEGF in normal endometrium and endometrial adenocarcinoma tissues and the relationship between the two and the staging and tissue types of endometrial adenocarcinoma, and to complement the pathogenesis of endometrial adenocarcinoma , To provide a theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of endometrial adenocarcinoma, the evaluation of malignancy and the prognosis of prognosis, providing theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of endometrial adenocarcinoma. Methods: The patients were divided into 4 groups: 30 cases of normal endometrium group, 30 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma stage Ⅰ group, 28 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma stage Ⅱ group and 10 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma stage Ⅲ group. 25 cases of well-differentiated, moderately differentiated in 23 cases, poorly differentiated in 20 cases. Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the content of MK and VEGF in endometrial adenocarcinoma and normal endometrium. RESULTS: Among the 68 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma, 47 cases (69.1%) had positive MK expression, of which 14 cases were strongly positive (20.5%), 22 cases were negative (32.3%) and 11 cases were weak positive (16.1%). The expression of MK in 30 cases of normal endometrium was negative. VEGF protein positive staining mainly located in the endometrial adenocarcinoma of the cytoplasm. Of the 68 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma, 43 cases (63.2%) had positive VEGF expression, of which 16 cases were strongly positive (37.2%), 25 cases were negative (36.7%) and 7 cases were weak positive (16.2%). 30 cases of normal endometrial tissue VEGF expression were negative. 68 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma, MK positive expression accounted for 44.0%, moderately differentiated 60.8%, poorly differentiated 85.0%. The expression of MK and VEGF protein in endometrial carcinoma group was higher than that in the normal control group (P <0.05), and increased with the clinical stage and malignant degree. CONCLUSION: The higher expression of MK and VEGF in endometrial adenocarcinoma, the expression of MK in endometrial adenocarcinoma is related to the type of tissue, and the expression level is increasing along with the malignant degree.
