历史文化是祖先留下的宝贵遗产,也是中华民族的精神家园。本文以绵竹历史文化名城保护规划为例,从物质文化遗产和非物质文化遗产两个层面探讨在灾后重建中历史文化保护工作的思路和要点,建立完善的历史文化资源评估体系,合理引导历史文化资源的全面保护和综合利用,实现历史文化保护和城市建设发展相协调,体现将物质家园重建与精神家园重建相融合的科学发展观。
History and culture are the precious legacy left by the ancestors and also the spiritual homeland of the Chinese nation. Taking Mianzhu historic and cultural city protection planning as an example, this paper explores the ideas and key points of historical and cultural protection in post-disaster reconstruction from the aspects of material cultural heritage and non-material cultural heritage, establishes a perfect evaluation system of historical and cultural resources, and rationally guides historical culture The comprehensive protection and comprehensive utilization of resources, the achievement of harmony between historical and cultural protection and urban construction and development, and the scientific outlook on development that integrates the reconstruction of material homeland and the reconstruction of spiritual homeland.
