应用聚乙二醇(PEG)引发法探讨了不同引发渗透势、时间处理对无芒雀麦、苏丹草、沙打旺、小冠花、紫花苜蓿等牧草种子萌发和活力的影响。结果表明,在适宜处理下供试种子发芽速度、发芽率及活力指数分别显著高于对照(P<0.05);PEG的引发作用还表现为提高活力效应大于提高发芽率效应。结果还表明,低渗透势(-0.9、-1.2、-1.5MPa)引发处理对提高种子发芽率无作用;但促进种子早期萌发的效应对于沙打旺和小冠花种子的反应仍很强烈,对苏丹草种子则仅有增强的趋势。综合分析PEG对5种牧草种子引发效应依次为:苏丹草>小冠花>沙打旺>无芒雀麦>紫花苜蓿。根据有效、经济、方便的原则,几种牧草种子最佳引发处理条件分别为:无芒雀麦:-0.1MPa1d和-0.5MPa1d;苏丹草:-0.5MPa5d,-0.7MPa2d;沙打旺:-0.5MPa2d,-0.7MPa3d和5d;小冠花:-0.7MPa2d和3d;紫花苜蓿:-0.1MPa3d和-0.3MPa3d。
The effects of different initiating osmotic potentials and time treatments on the germination and vigor of herbage seeds of Bromus inermis, Sudan grass, Astragalus adsurgens, small crown flowers and alfalfa were investigated by using polyethylene glycol (PEG) priming method. The results showed that the germination rate, germination rate and vigor index of the tested seeds were significantly higher than those of the control (P <0.05) under the appropriate treatment. The priming effect of PEG was also shown to be greater than the effect of increasing the germination rate. The results also showed that the low osmotic potential (-0.9, -1.2, -1.5MPa) initiation treatment had no effect on improving seed germination rate; however, the effect of promoting early seed germination was not significant for the seed germination rate The reaction remained strong with only an increasing trend for sudangrass seeds. Comprehensive analysis of the effects of PEG on five kinds of forage seeds were as follows: Sudan grass> Small crown flower> Astragalus adsurgens> Bromus inermis> Alfalfa. According to the principle of effective, economical and convenient, the optimum treatment conditions of several forage seeds are: Bromus inermis: -0.1MPa1d and -0.5MPa1d; Sudan grass: -0.5MPa5d, -0.7MPa2d; Sand Wang: -0.5MPa2d, -0.7MPa3d and 5d; small crown: -0.7MPa2d and 3d; alfalfa: -0.1MPa3d and -0.3MPa3d.
