党的十八大报告中关于工会工作的一系列重要论述,对高举中国特色社会主义伟大旗帜,坚持走中国特色社会主义工会发展道路具有很强的理论指导性和现实针对性。本文结合晋煤集团寺河矿工会近年来以六大工程为载体,推进工会工作创新发展的具体做法,进一步探索贯彻落实十八大精神,发挥企业工会组织优势,促进企业发展,维护职工权益的有效路径。一、推进工会工作创新发展的重要意义推进工会工作创新发展是贯彻落实十八大精神的具体要求。十八大报告指出,要支持工会等人民团体发挥桥梁纽带作用,更好地反映群众呼声,维护群众合法权益。工会是党的群众组织,作为企业工会,要结合行业、企业特点,深入思考如何依靠职工技术创新、劳动竞赛、“安康杯”竞赛,促进企业安全发展、科学发展;
