笔者今年响应组织的号召,来到一所农村中学驻校支教,从城市重点中学来到农村一所普通中学,我感到了很大的不同.虽然,现在农村中学的硬件设施已经比较先进了,但学生个体还是和城市学生有着明显差异.在《中小学数学》杂志2010年7-8合期上,我读到了江苏省仪征市月塘中学的张志军老师的文章《系统思维方式在初中数学教学中的应用初探》后,有了深深的触动,这篇文章引起了我的共鸣.在农村学校,用系统思维方式安排教学,效果明显.在张老师做法的基础上,我也做了一定的探索,与大家分享我的成果.
