高校商务英语是一热门专业,如何适应社会发展需求,加强专业人才培养模式改革,提高学生的综合运用能力,是我国高职院校商务英语教师面临的现实难题。笔者根据多年从事商务英语专业教学的理论和实践经验,从师资队伍建设、教材建设、教学方法改革、考试制度改革四方面阐述了对商务英语专业人才培养模式改革的认识,并提出一些改革措施。 College business English is a hot specialty, how to adapt to the needs of social development, strengthen the reform of professional personnel training mode and improve the students’ ability of comprehensive utilization are the practical problems facing business English teachers in higher vocational colleges. Based on years of experience in business English teaching, the author expounds the recognition of the reform of business English professionals training mode from four aspects: teaching staff construction, teaching material construction, teaching method reform and examination system reform, and puts forward some reform measures.
