目的 通过对早期应用更昔洛韦葡萄糖注射液治疗甲型H1N1流感、手足口病的临床治疗效果、不良反应发生率对比分析,从而得出更昔洛韦葡萄糖注射液的临床应用范围和合理性使用的

目的 通过对早期应用更昔洛韦葡萄糖注射液治疗甲型H1N1流感、手足口病的临床治疗效果、不良反应发生率对比分析,从而得出更昔洛韦葡萄糖注射液的临床应用范围和合理性使用的方法.方法 将60例甲型H1N1流感、100例手足口病随机分为两组.一组应用更昔洛韦葡萄糖注射液,另一组则应用利巴韦林注射液.结果 早期应用更昔洛韦葡萄糖注射液治疗甲型H1N1流感、手足口病治疗效果明显优于利巴韦林注射液,且副作用无显著差异.按MACNAB评分,总有效率为94.5%.结论 更昔洛韦葡萄糖注射液治疗效果好,用药方便,不易产生副作用,且价格便宜,患者接受性强,可在病毒性传染病早期推荐使用.
