目的观察富士后牙充填玻璃离子(GC Fuji ⅨGP)材料用于乳磨牙充填的临床效果。方法 2005年9月-2006年3月收治93例,年龄6～8岁。均系乳磨牙Ⅰ、Ⅱ类龋洞,共128颗患牙,浅龋29颗,中龋50颗,深龋49颗。均采用富士后牙充填玻璃离子为充填材料,术后3～17个月复查。结果龋洞充填成功121颗(94.5%);失败7颗(5.5%)。结论富士后牙充填玻璃离子用于乳磨牙Ⅰ、Ⅱ类龋洞充填,可避免银汞合金充填对儿童的危害,也避免复合树脂充填后对牙髓的刺激以及继发性龋的产生。操作简便,是一种较理想的中长期儿童牙科充填材料。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of GC Fuji ⅨGP material for primary molar filling. Methods From September 2005 to March 2006, 93 cases were treated, aged 6-8 years. All of them were type I and II cavities with 128 teeth, 29 with shallow caries, 50 with carious lesions and 49 with deep caries. Fuji teeth were used to fill the glass filling material, 3 to 17 months after the review. Results 121 cavities were filled successfully (94.5%) and 7 failed (5.5%). Conclusion Fuji posterior teeth filling glass ions for deciduous teeth Ⅰ, Ⅱ cavities filling, to avoid the harm of amalgam filling of children, but also to avoid the composite resin filling the pulp after stimulation and secondary caries. Easy to operate, is a more ideal long-term children's dental filling materials.
