一个员工能力再强,如果他不愿意付出,就不能为企业创造价值。而一个愿意为企业全身心付出的员工,即使能力稍逊一筹,也能够创造出最大的价值。
A worker's ability is stronger. If he is not willing to pay, he cannot create value for the company. And an employee who is willing to pay for the company's full-heartedness can create the greatest value even if it is less capable.
