目的探讨无痛胃肠镜在胃肠道疾病中的应用价值。方法需进行胃肠镜检查的胃肠道疾病患者110例,将其随机分为观察组及对照组。观察组采用无痛胃肠镜检查,对照组采用常规胃肠镜检查。比较两组胃肠镜操作时间、疼痛状况(采用VAS评分、Mullertr评分评价)、不良反应发生率及放弃检查率。结果观察组与对照组胃肠镜操作时间分别为(5.3±1.5)、(16.8±1.6)min,VAS评分分别为(1.8±0.3)、(6.5±2.2)分,Mullertr评分分别为(0.8±0.1)、(3.8±1.3)分,术后不良反应发生率分别为10.91%(6/55)、34.55%(19/55),放弃检查率分别为0.0%(0/55)、16.4%(9/55)。两组各指标比较,P均<0.05。结论无痛胃肠镜检查胃肠道疾病患者时可有效缩短检查时间,减轻患者疼痛,并降低其术后不良反应发生率。
Objective To investigate the value of painless gastrointestinal endoscopy in gastrointestinal diseases. Methods 110 patients with gastrointestinal diseases undergoing gastrointestinal endoscopy were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Observation group using painless gastrointestinal endoscopy, control group using conventional gastrointestinal endoscopy. The duration of gastrointestinal endoscopy, pain status (using VAS score and Mullertr score) were compared between the two groups, the incidence of adverse reactions and the rate of abandonment examination. Results The operation time of gastrointestinal endoscopy in observation group and control group were (5.3 ± 1.5) and (16.8 ± 1.6) min, respectively. The VAS scores were (1.8 ± 0.3) and (6.5 ± 2.2) 0.1) and (3.8 ± 1.3) points respectively. The rates of postoperative adverse reactions were 10.91% (6/55) and 34.55% (19/55), respectively. The rates of giving up examination were 0.0% (0/55) and 16.4% 9/55). The two groups of indicators, P <0.05. Conclusion Painless gastrointestinal endoscopy in patients with gastrointestinal diseases can effectively shorten the examination time, reduce pain and reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions.
