报告了1例腹腔多器官簇移植患者术后感染的预防及护理经验.护理要点:减少医源性交叉感染;血流感染、肺部感染及腹腔感染的控制;维持免疫抑制剂的血药浓度.患者术后在ICU经过38 d的精心治疗和护理,病情趋于稳定转回普通病房,之后住院81 d后顺利出院.出院后随访1年状况良好.
