采用实地调查方法考察了上海市跨国公司总部的空间分布和集聚现象,对58家跨国公司总部的空间集聚、国别以及行业特征进行了分析研究,发现上海跨国公司总部机构高度集中在五大地区:以陆家嘴为中心的浦东地区,外滩和人民广场地区,南京西路和淮海中路地区,虹桥古北地区,徐家汇地区。跨国公司总部均来自于美国、日本、德国、英国和法国等主要发达国家的世界500强企业,行业部门包括通讯电气、化学制药、家居餐饮、炼油冶金和金融保险等领域。分析认为上海跨国公司总部的空间集聚是在交通、企业形象、商圈等因素相互作用、相互影响下产生的地理格局。
The field survey method was used to investigate the spatial distribution and agglomeration of the multinational headquarters in Shanghai. The spatial agglomeration, country and industry characteristics of 58 multinational headquarters were analyzed and studied. It was found that the headquarters of multinational corporations in Shanghai were highly concentrated in five major regions: Central to Lujiazui Pudong area, the Bund and People’s Square area, Nanjing West Road and Huaihai Zhonglu area, Hongqiao Gubei area, Xujiahui area. MNCs are headquartered in Fortune 500 companies from major developed countries such as the United States, Japan, Germany, the United Kingdom and France. Their business sectors include telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, home improvement, oil refining, metallurgy and finance and insurance. The analysis shows that the spatial agglomeration of the headquarters of multinational corporations in Shanghai is caused by the interaction and influence of traffic, corporate image and business district.
