在当前困难形势下,构建和谐稳定企业,激发职工积极性、主动性和创造性,为企业发展提供强有力的思想和精神动力是煤矿企业思想政治工作的重要任务。本文就加强思想政治工作,努力构建和谐稳定企业,以促进企业生产经营工作提出了相应的对策措施。
Under the current difficult situation, it is an important task for ideological and political work of coal mining enterprises to build a harmonious and stable enterprise, to arouse the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of staff and workers and to provide powerful ideological and spiritual motivation for the development of the enterprise. This article puts forward corresponding countermeasures for strengthening ideological and political work, building a harmonious and stable enterprise, and promoting production and operation of the enterprise.
