[目的]了解镇江市犬狂犬病病毒感染状况,为防制狂犬病提供科学依据。[方法]2008年12月和2009年3月,分别在镇江市的丹阳市、丹徒区,选择本地群众所豢养的外观健康家犬52只,采取犬脑组织,采用直接免疫荧光法检测狂犬病病毒抗原。[结果]检测52份犬脑组织标本,狂犬病病毒抗原阳性的6份,感染率为11.54%,其中丹阳市、丹徒区感染率分别为6.67%、18.18%(P>0.05),雄性、雌性犬只感染率分别为12.00%、11.11%(P>0.05)。[结论]镇江市家犬狂犬病病毒感染率较高。
[Objective] To understand the canine rabies virus infection in Zhenjiang and provide a scientific basis for the prevention of rabies. [Methods] In December 2008 and March 2009, 52 healthy healthy domesticated dogs were selected from Danyang and Dantu districts, Zhenjiang respectively. Canine brains were used to detect rabies by direct immunofluorescence Virus antigen. [Results] The positive rate of infection in sixty-two samples of canine brain tissue and rabies virus antigen was 11.54%. The infection rates in Danyang and Dantu districts were 6.67% and 18.18% respectively (P> 0.05). The male and female Infection rates of dogs were 12.00% and 11.11% respectively (P> 0.05). [Conclusion] The infection rate of rabies virus in domestic dogs in Zhenjiang City was high.
